Activities towards capacity building focus on:

• awareness raising
• farmers training
• exposure visits for community members and resource persons (women and men)
• on technical (NRM, sustainable use of resources, sustainable agriculture, livestock management, horticulture),
• social (equity & gender, institutional development) and
• managerial (management of people's institutions, project cycle, processing and marketing) aspects linked to watershed development.
