documentation
ISPWDK aims to create conducive learning environments and opportunities at all levels and to document relevant experiences in such a way that programme
partners as well as a wider constituency can benefit from them.
The documentation followed in the Phase 2 aims to achieve a sharing of experiences/information amongst stakeholders of ISPWDK, as well as other agencies and communities in the districts, to enable them to learn from and use/adapt the useful strategies. It also seeks the wider dissemination of experiences among other donor organisations, NGOs, government agencies and individuals involved
in the development sector, and to sensitise policy makers about existing situations and issues, traditional systems of knowledge and strategies that work and thus influence their thinking for formulating alternative policies.
Documentation therefore involves not only the preparation of documentation materials such as reports, booklets, audiocassettes etc on the various subjects but also capacity building amongst project members. This includes trainings on subjects such as report writing skills, preparation of case studies, process documentation, photo-documentation, etc.
