The main focus areas for agriculture production are:

• Cropping pattern
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Integrated Nutrient Management (INM)
• Post harvesting techniques
• Seed Bank
• New techniques introduced from other institutions
• Farmers Field School (FFS) and Integrated Farming System (IFS)
• FYM and composting methods

The project will focus on small and marginal farmers in three villages and three tandas.

Expected results are:

• More Farmers Field Schools (FFS)
• Revival of the traditional agriculture system
• Food security concerns addressed
• More seed banks
• Various methods of composting promoted
• 970 small and marginal farmers and big farmers will benefit
