Grameena Mahila Arthika Seva Kendra (GMASK) as an organisation will have a board of directors with representatives from village level federations of Self Help Groups and a representative of PRAWARDA. This member board of directors will be responsible for management of affairs of the GMASK in its entirety.

Project Administration
A Project Officer with a background of banking/ financing of Self Help Groups will handle the GMASK administration. His role will be to ensure that the concept of GMASK works to be profitable and help retain the benefits within the self help concept. He will ensure that the benefits are passed on to the groups in the longer run. An accountant and a training officer with a team of 5 animators/ promoters will take care of accounting and capacity building needs.
