Village administrative officers submit monthly reports on behalf of the Executive Committee. The report should contain the details of the decisions taken, the works completed and expenditures incurred. Also, an action plan for the next 2 months must be devised on behalf of the Executive Committee. This action plan should contain the details of the budgeting and of the works to be undertaken. All new activities are taken up for discussion with the Management Committee, to ensure its proper implementation. This is done by discussing the problems and disputes, as well as rules and regulations involved.

Executive Committee: The Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day working of the committee. The Executive Committee should contain the following members:

  • 4 office bearers
  • 2 KAS representatives
  • 1 village administrative officer

Since women's representation is mandatory, either the President or the Vice President must be a woman. Similarly, either the Treasurer or the Secretary must be a woman; and the two KAS representatives should comprise one man and one woman.

The term of the Executive Committee members should be 2 years. The Executive Committee meets once in a month, or more if found necessary.

The village administrative officer should submit a monthly report to the Executive Committee, which should contain the details of decisions taken, works completed and expenditures incurred. Also an action plan for the next month must be devised, which contains the details of budgeting, as well as of the works to be undertaken. Moreover, approval for the same must be sought.

Though the Executive Committee is free to work as per the guidelines provided by the Managing Committee, all new programmes can only be undertaken after the approval of the latter. The Executive Committee acts as the village administrative officer in the period between the two Executive Committee meetings.

Office Bearers of the Association: The President, Vice-President and Secretary are the office bearers. They remain the office bearers of the Association from the day of registration till the first Annual GBM, when the selection of office bearers takes place with the referrals of the Managing Committee. This lasts the whole term, as per the regulations of the Association.
