Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from College of Agricultural Engineering, Jabalpur
• Post graduate Diploma in Forest Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal

Experience:

• Financial Institution Building – Hands-on experience of more than two years in guiding the growth of a network of Community based institutions, on scale, for sustainability and governance – of which finance was one crucial aspect.
• Conversant with different models of micro-finance institutions in India as well as abroad.
• Organisational development: Conversant with the ‘Enabling’ model of organisation development. Worked on issues related to community based organisational development and different types of development organisations for the last five years.
• Watershed Management: Worked on issues related to watershed management in IWDP/DPAP projects in Himachal for nearly two years as an Assistant Project Officer, handling nearly 25 Watersheds and working directly with the community.
• Formally trained in watershed management in graduation and post graduation level.
• Working in PSMU as M&E Specialist in ISPWDK project.
• Participatory Poverty Assessment: Familiar with various techniques of poverty assessment, application of participatory techniques in previous jobs.

On the job training:

• MIS software: Lead a team that developed and operationalised micro-finance MIS software for monitoring of self help groups, aggregating at cluster and federation level, culminating with the generation of MIS reports at different levels.
• Coordinating and implementation of watershed MIS for watershed development in ISPWDK.
• Lead a team of five individuals (previous organisation); helped them define their growth path in organisation.
