For watershed rehabilitation, the project will support soil and water conservation measures such as:

• bunding,
• trenching,
• boulder checks,
• gully checks,
• silt traps,
• vegetative measures,
• tree planting,
• construction of farm ponds,
• construction of low cost check dams,
• fodder development,
• validation of indigenous technologies etc.
